We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have an in-depth knowledge of surveying principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing surveying and mapping services including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys and construction staking. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the capability of working independently with little or no supervision.

The main responsibilities include:
• Conducting research to determine land boundaries, property lines and other features
• Developing plans, maps, reports and legal descriptions of land features
• Establishing control networks with conventional survey techniques
• Using advanced surveying equipment (total station, GNSS receivers)
• Analyzing data from surveys to determine measurements
• Making calculations related to distance, angles and elevations
• Drafting detailed sketches using AutoCAD software
• Preparing maps or documents for governmental agencies or private companies
• Meeting clients or contractors onsite to discuss projects or answer questions about survey results.

Candidates must have a degree in Land Surveying or a related field. Additionally, experience in the use of modern surveying equipment is preferred. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as they will be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

The salary offered is 1300 Qatari Riyal per month plus benefits such as health insurance and paid leave. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.
