Welder Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will use your welding skills to fabricate and install metal components for our company. You must be able to work independently and have a good understanding of safety procedures when working with high temperatures and tools. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Welder and have certification in both TIG and MIG welding techniques. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, be flexible to overtime requirements, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working within a team environment. Being able to read blueprints is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
• Read blueprints to determine the specific welding requirements
• Set up welding machines based on the job specifications
• Select the required electrodes, rods or wires and fluxes
• Prepare materials for welding by grinding, cutting or shaping them
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy
• Analyze engineering drawings or specifications to plan layout and procedures
• Monitor equipment during operation to detect malfunctions or misalignment
• Repair worn parts by welding on extra layers of metal material
• Maintain a clean workspace at all times

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in a welding role
• Certification from an accredited institution in TIG & MIG welding techniques • Ability to read blueprints accurately • Working knowledge of safety procedures when using high temperatures and tools • Strong problem solving skills • Flexible with overtime requirements • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable working within a team environment
