Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Barista is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing hot and cold beverages according to customers’ orders while following all recipes accurately. The successful candidate will also need to maintain the cleanliness of the store's equipment, counters, shelves, utensils, cups and other items as required. Furthermore, they must demonstrate good organizational skills when stocking items or cleaning surfaces.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a high volume setting; they should also have excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities. Candidates must also be able to work independently or as part of a team in order to meet customer needs promptly. Additionally, the successful applicant should possess basic knowledge of brewing methods such as espresso extraction as well as latte art techniques.
