We are looking for a data analyst who is passionate about finding solutions to complex business problems and enjoys working with large data sets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing and managing databases, collecting and analyzing data, performing data analysis and providing insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Access and other database software tools.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Experience in data mining techniques such as clustering, regression analysis, linear programming etc.
• Knowledge of statistical software packages like SPSS or SAS will be beneficial.
• Must possess the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) would be an advantage
