We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. This role will be responsible for the overall management of the business operations, including financial planning and strategy, budgeting and forecasting, business development and organizational growth. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities of the company, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. He or she will also be responsible for developing a strategic business plan which will encompass short-term as well as long-term objectives. In addition to this, he or she will have to manage relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, customers and other external parties. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Doha.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Middle East region and ideally with experience of working in Qatar. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required. A Master’s degree would be preferred but not essential. We are ready to consider foreign candidates who can demonstrate exceptional skills and experience. The salary offered is 1000 QAR per month plus benefits.
