We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista you will be responsible for providing quality drinks and excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have an excellent knowledge of coffee making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. They must be able to think on their feet, multitask and work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious coffee drinks quickly and efficiently as well as providing customers with information about our products.

The job demands working shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Therefore we are looking for someone who can commit to us for this period of time.

To be considered for the role you must have:
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Barista;
• Excellent knowledge of coffee making;
• Working knowledge of espresso machines;
• An understanding of health codes;
• A friendly demeanor;
• A pleasant attitude towards customers;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Ability to handle cash accurately;
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
