Executive Chef Position in Doha

We are currently looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating new and exciting dishes.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and work efficiently under pressure. They should be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared according to high standards of quality. They will also be responsible for training, scheduling, budgeting and inventory control.

The successful candidate should have an understanding of international cuisine, with knowledge and experience in various cooking methods such as baking, grilling and roasting. They should also have knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. We prefer candidates with at least three years of experience as an Executive Chef or high-level chef management role; however, we are willing to consider immigrants who demonstrate a passion for culinary excellence.
