A Psychiatrist is needed in Doha to provide mental health services to a diverse population. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, personality disorders and addiction. They must also be able to provide psychotherapy and medication management. The Psychiatrist must maintain professional standards of practice at all times and ensure that the care provided is evidence based.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in diagnosing and managing mental health disorders with adults as well as children, adolescents, and/or geriatric patients. They must have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care. It is essential that the individual demonstrate knowledge of current diagnostic criteria for mental health disorders, as well as the most effective treatments available.

The Psychiatrist must be licensed to practice in Doha or willing to obtain licensure. In addition, they must maintain a valid certification or registration from their respective psychiatric board or other appropriate body. A competitive salary of 1000 Qatari Riyals is offered for this position, with the possibility of relocation assistance for suitable candidates outside of Qatar.
