Fitter - Salwa

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team in Salwa. The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding and working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a willingness to take on new challenges.

The position offers a salary of 1300 and is open to foreign candidates. The successful applicant will receive ongoing training and support in addition to other benefits including: flexible working hours, competitive remuneration package, access to health insurance and other benefits.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• An appropriate trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fitting/maintenance roles
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to read technical diagrams/drawings
