Waiter – Jeddah

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The Waiter will also be expected to maintain a professional appearance and comply with all safety standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all customers are greeted promptly and with a friendly smile
• Take orders in a timely fashion and ensure accuracy of orders
• Process payments quickly and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times, including tables, floors, windowsills, utensils, etc.
• Refill drinks as needed
• Follow health codes and safety regulations
• Set up tables for new customers as needed
• Assist other staff members when necessary

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards required
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
