Barista - Jeddah

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our coffee shop and providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a barista
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of different types of coffee and tea
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Fluency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
• Must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia
• Salary of 1200 SAR per month.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffees, teas, smoothies and other drinks according to company recipes
• Ensure high standards of hygiene in the cafe area
• Take orders from customers and serve them efficiently according to company guidelines
• Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe area at all times, including washing dishes, wiping counters and cleaning up spilled drinks or food items quickly and efficiently
• Display excellent customer service skills at all times, providing friendly assistance to customers when needed
• Ensure that all products are correctly labelled with prices before being displayed on shelves

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous experience working as a barista • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Knowledge of coffee making techniques • Ability to work under pressure • A genuine passion for coffee making with a desire for continuous learning • Good problem solving skills
