Office assistant in Jabal-Ali, UAE
We are looking to hire an Office Assistant for our new office in Jabal-Ali. The position requires a candidate with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong customer service skills, and be able to work independently or in a team environment. A high school diploma is required for this position, and any additional education or certification related to office administration is a plus.
The main duties of the Office Assistant include answering phones and providing general customer service; organizing office records; filing documents; managing supplies inventory; scheduling meetings and appointments; taking messages; drafting emails, memos, reports and other documents; setting up conference rooms for meetings; providing administrative support to staff members; entering data into databases and spreadsheets; performing basic accounting tasks such as posting payments, preparing invoices, and tracking expenses.
We are open to considering immigrant candidates for this position. The salary for this role is 1800 per month.
