Merchandiser - Al Shamkhah City (1100)
We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be required to execute all merchandising activities related to the company’s products while taking into account the interests of each stakeholder.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational and planning skills as well as a keen eye for detail. They must be able to remain professional and reliable in order to effectively manage customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing merchandising plans based on company objectives
• Analyzing data from prior sales and customer feedback
• Generating reports on market trends, customer requirements and competitive analysis
• Creating promotional materials for campaigns, product launches and special events
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing as required
• Managing store displays to ensure maximum visibility of merchandise at all times
• Advising customers on product selection, pricing options and promotions available
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers by negotiating deals and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Monitoring competitor activity in order to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
