We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement and management of our products, ensuring that they are available in the right quantities and at the right prices.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, as well as at least 3 years' experience in a related role. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of the local market, be able to negotiate with suppliers, have strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, they must be fluent in both English and Arabic.

The primary responsibility of this position is to purchase products from suppliers at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards. This includes negotiating with suppliers for discounts on large orders and ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded on our system. The Merchandiser must also monitor stock levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished or when pricing changes occur due to market fluctuations.

The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, as they will need to build relationships with both suppliers and customers. They must also have excellent communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in customer service techniques. Moreover, they should be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook, be able to analyze data quickly and accurately, take initiative when needed, remain productive even when faced with unexpected delays or obstacles, and demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions that affect our business operations.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month along with other benefits commensurate with experience level. We are also open to considering foreign candidates who possess required qualifications for this role.
