We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in sales, be a motivated self-starter and have excellent communication skills. We are open to considering a foreign applicant for this role, and the salary is 1400 AED.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share and profitability, as well as creating long-term relationships with customers. They will need to be able to identify potential new customers, develop plans to reach them and then understand how they can be converted into loyal customers. The successful applicant will also need to monitor industry trends, develop growth plans and ensure that all sales activities adhere to the company's policies and procedures. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will need to motivate the sales team by providing training, coaching and mentoring where necessary, in order for them to achieve their targets.

To be successful in this role you must have strong leadership skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. You should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices as well as a passion for driving sales growth.
