We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at El-Ain. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently and lead a team with enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of our kitchen, creating and maintaining a safe working environment, ordering supplies and stocking inventory, developing menus as well as managing staff. They must have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards and the ability to monitor quality control procedures.

The Executive Chef should have experience in menu planning and design, culinary skills and knowledge of the latest trends in cooking. They should be able to motivate their staff while overseeing their daily activities, providing guidance when necessary. Excellent organization skills are essential to this position as is the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
