Executive Chef - El-Ain

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a professional kitchen. Our Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, including menu planning and development, purchasing and inventory management, staff training and development, food preparation and presentation, sanitation standards and more.

Job Summary: As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and serving high-quality meals according to established recipes while ensuring all food safety regulations are followed. You will also ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently by assigning tasks to kitchen staff members as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience Required: We are looking for an individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary school degree/diploma. You must also possess excellent customer service skills along with strong organizational skills in order to ensure efficient operations of the kitchen. The ideal candidate should be creative with menu ideas while also being able to adhere to established recipes and procedures when necessary. A valid driver’s license is required as some travel may be necessary for purchasing supplies or visiting other restaurants in the area. Finally we are willing consider foreign applicants who meet all criteria set forth by El-Ain government regulations regarding work permits and visa requirements (if applicable).
