We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have the ability to think outside the box, create unique dishes and keep up with the latest trends in gastronomy. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes and menus, taking into account food safety regulations and customer preferences.

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure quality of the ingredients used for cooking, supervise kitchen staff, develop menus according to customer demands and budget restrictions, coordinate with suppliers for product delivery and handle inventory management. You will also be required to have excellent problem solving skills, as well as the capacity to stay organized while working under pressure.

In return we offer a competitive salary of 900 per month plus benefits such as medical insurance, transportation allowance and performance related bonuses. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they possess all of the required qualifications.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations

Experience:
• Previous experience in managing a team is preferred
• Experience with creating new recipes is preferred
