Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Khalifah A City. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and a deep knowledge of food preparation techniques. The successful applicant should also be well organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of the Chef include:
• Preparing high quality food for guests in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly
• Utilizing modern cooking techniques and equipment to increase efficiency
• Assisting with menu planning and creating new recipes
• Monitoring the kitchen staff’s performance and providing feedback
• Meeting health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Maintaining a clean kitchen environment

Qualifications & Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional restaurant or kitchen environment
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and preparation
• Ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication, organizational, problem solving, multitasking skills
