Barista - El-Fujairah

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, taking orders, preparing beverages according to specifications, operating equipment such as coffee makers or blenders, maintaining supplies and inventory, cleaning work areas or equipment, restocking items as needed, and following health and safety guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Answer customers’ questions about products or services
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare beverages according to company recipes or customer specifications
• Operate equipment such as coffee makers or blenders
• Maintain inventory of supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, sugars or other related items
• Clean work areas or equipment before and after use
• Restock items as needed throughout the day
• Follow safety guidelines when handling hot liquids or using sharp objects
• Follow all health regulations regarding food handling practices

Qualifications & Skills:
• High School Diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required • Good knowledge of coffee making techniques such as latte art • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Immigrant candidates are welcome to apply
