We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will have at least some experience in land surveying and will possess the necessary qualifications to carry out land surveying operations.

The job of a Land Surveyor involves measuring distances, angles and levels of land areas and accurately mapping them in order to determine boundaries or obtain other data required for legal or construction purposes. The Surveyor will also be responsible for operating specialized survey equipment, such as total stations, laser rangefinders and GPS receivers. In addition, the Land Surveyor will be expected to manage survey teams onsite and ensure accuracy of all surveying projects.

The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of surveying principles and techniques as well as relevant safety regulations. A degree in Land Surveying or a related field is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills and mathematical aptitude.

Job duties include:
• Measuring distances between points using specialized survey equipment
• Establishing boundaries using boundary markers
• Interpreting maps, aerial photographs and satellite images
• Drawing up plans based on survey results
• Updating records with accurate measurements using computer software
• Maintaining survey equipment in good condition
• Supervising field teams onsite

Qualifications:
• Degree in Land Surveying or relevant field (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and geometry
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to land surveying
• Ability to interpret maps and aerial photographs
• Good communication skills

Salary: 1100 monthly
