Land surveyor in El-Fujairah, UAE


We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in surveying, with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of surveying techniques, as well as excellent problem solving skills. He/she should be able to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget. The surveyor will be responsible for ensuring that boundary lines are accurately placed and that the land is legally surveyed according to set standards.

The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include:
• Collect data using GPS, aerial photography, laser rangefinders, total stations, and other tools
• Prepare sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveyed properties
• Analyze survey evidence for measurements and information related to boundaries
• Locate existing survey markers including pins, stakes, stone monuments etc.
• Monitor project progress according to survey timelines
• Utilize GIS software applications when necessary

To be considered for this role you must have a relevant degree or diploma in land surveying or related field along with valid certification from a professional association such as The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). A valid UAE driver’s license is also required. We are willing to consider an immigrant if they have the necessary skills and experience required for this role. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month.
