Surveyor Job in Riyadh

Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out detailed land surveys, including measurements, mapping, and analysis.
• Utilize surveying instruments such as theodolites, total stations, GPS receivers etc.
• Prepare survey plans and reports on findings from site visits.
• Ensure all survey results are accurate and reliable.
• Manage survey data using computer aided software programs like AutoCAD or ArcGIS.
• Assist in determining boundaries between properties as per legal documents.

Qualification Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Surveyor or similar role is required.
• Working knowledge of common surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS is preferred but not essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Mapping or related field is desirable but not mandatory • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, legal documents and other technical materials • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent analytical skills • Good communication skills
