Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Al Bahah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams in the development and implementation of projects to ensure successful completion. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project life cycle from initiation to closure including the planning, execution, controlling and closure of the project.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Analyze customer needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when needed.
• Establish a communication plan between stakeholders and manage expectations accordingly.
• Develop detailed timeline/milestone plans that capture all tasks, resources and dependencies required for successful completion of projects.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress including any roadblocks or potential risks that may arise throughout the duration of the project.
• Develop comprehensive risk management plans to ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is highly desired; Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum five (5) years’ experience leading complex technical projects, preferably within an international environment or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requirement..
• PMP certification is preferred but not required; any other related certifications such as Agile/Scrum Master would be beneficial but not required..
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside-the-box when needed..
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail..
