Merchandiser – Riyadh
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. We are looking for an individual with a passion for the retail industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to identify opportunities to drive sales growth.

Job Description: The Merchandiser is responsible for obtaining, developing and maintaining relationships with customers while providing superior customer service. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team in order to maximize sales opportunities through product features and benefits. The Merchandiser will also work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies that build brand loyalty, increase market share and drive sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer needs and develop strategies that drive sales growth
• Monitor customer trends in order to identify new business opportunities
• Develop creative product displays that increase visibility and attract customers
• Train retail staff on product features and benefits in order to maximize sales
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory standards
• Participate in trade shows, conventions, conferences and other events as needed
• Develop relationships with customers by providing superior customer service
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Proven success in developing relationships with customers
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written Experience: • At least 2 years of merchandising experience in the retail industry • Experience working within a fast-paced environment • Experience developing creative product displays • Familiarity with applicable regulatory standards
