Job Description:

The Teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and providing educational activities to students in the classroom. They must establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate these objectives to students. The Teacher must also monitor student progress, evaluate student performance accurately, provide feedback on student progress, and record grades. In addition, the Teacher is expected to develop lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines, participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities related to their role as an educator. They must also ensure that all resources used for instruction are up-to-date and relevant. Finally, the Teacher must establish good relationships with parents/guardians by communicating student progress regularly.
