We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious meals that meet the highest standards of quality. You will be expected to lead the kitchen staff, create menus, and control food costs.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of global cuisines. You should have excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage the kitchen staff. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role is required.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes
• Developing menus, ensuring that all dishes are created in accordance with the restaurant’s standards
• Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks appropriately
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Controlling food costs by using cost-effective ingredients when necessary
• Creating new dishes that meet customer expectations
• Ensuring food hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
