We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen and create delicious meals that will delight and impress our guests.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations of our restaurant, including menu creation and development, staff training, food safety, presentation, budgeting and cost management. They will also be expected to ensure the highest standards of food quality are maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leading a professional kitchen team, with a passion for food innovation and creativity. They must also be able to work well under pressure in busy environments and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff. We are looking for someone who is organized, confident and has a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Advanced culinary education/certification
- Proven ability to develop unique menus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
