Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, supervising staff, and creating a positive customer experience.

The Restaurant Manager will ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards are followed. They will also manage financial aspects of the business such as ordering supplies and handling customer payments. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and directing staff members to ensure exceptional customer service is provided
- Planning menus; developing new dishes; ordering supplies; evaluating food quality
- Ensuring restaurant policies are followed; monitoring health and safety standards
- Creating weekly schedules; managing payrolls
- Maintaining financial records; submitting reports to management
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, or comments in a professional manner
- Monitoring stock levels; managing inventory control
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and develop marketing plans accordingly
- Creating promotional activities such as discounts or special events to increase profits

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Hands on experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, etc.
- Ability to motivate staff members and resolve conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Excellent knowledge of local cuisine preferred (but not required)
