As part of this role you will be expected to:
• Design plans and specifications for new construction projects or modifications;
• Ensure that plans comply with applicable codes, standards and regulations;
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment and construction time;
• Evaluate design options on technical merits;
• Monitor progress of construction projects; and
• Prepare reports on project progress.
