Data Analyst in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to derive insights that will help inform our business decisions.

The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented and have a passion for data analysis. The candidate should also possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, as well as advanced knowledge of database systems and software programs.

Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing data from various sources, including databases, to identify trends and patterns
• Developing customized reports based on analysis of data
• Using tools such as Excel and SQL to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Presenting findings in an organized manner through charts, graphs, tables and other visuals
• Working with technical teams to ensure data accuracy
• Supporting the sales team by providing timely information on customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
• Assisting in developing predictive models for forecasting market conditions or customer behavior.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience working with large datasets is a plus
• Expertise in database systems (MySQL) and software programs (Excel/Power BI) is required
• Excellent problem solving skills with proven ability to analyze complex datasets
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
