We are looking for a Chemist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and gain professional experience in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in chemistry or related field, and at least two years of relevant work experience. We need someone who is able to think analytically and solve problems quickly, as well as being able to understand complex scientific concepts. The successful candidate should also be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The Chemist’s main duties and responsibilities will include conducting experiments related to chemical processes, analyzing data and compiling reports on their findings. They will also be responsible for developing new products or improving existing ones by researching new materials or processes. Additionally, they will be required to stay up-to-date with advances in the field of chemistry, ensuring that our products remain safe and effective for use.

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, along with experience in handling hazardous materials such as acids or flammable liquids. The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of quality assurance principles, good problem solving skills, as well as being proficient in using laboratory equipment such as spectrometers or centrifuges. The successful applicant should also have strong computer knowledge and be able to use software packages like Excel or MatLab with ease.

The salary offered is 1100 per month plus benefits applicable according to Umm-al-Qaiwain employment regulations. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates with valid work permits if necessary.
