As our Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and helping to ensure that all aspects of our business run as smoothly as possible. You will have full responsibility for managing our financials, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, as well as developing and implementing business strategies. You will also be responsible for leading a team of staff members, developing performance plans and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.

To be successful in this role you should possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to think strategically, lead with confidence when making decisions and have strong problem-solving skills. A background in finance is highly preferred but not required.
