We are currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, and goal-oriented Business Manager to join our Doha team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing business operations and driving growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, control costs, and develop new products/services. Additionally, this role requires overseeing daily operations of the business, providing direction and guidance to leadership team members, and effectively managing resources.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making decisions on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate must also have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar position
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication abilities (oral and written)
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and reporting procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management teams

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. A valid work permit is necessary for foreign applicants. Salary: 1500 QAR per month.
