We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be able to create stunning floral arrangements while providing excellent customer service. The Florist will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful arrangements, as well as identifying and delivering special requests from customers.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and foliage. A creative eye for design is also essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Create high-quality flower arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, boutonnieres, and more
• Assist customers with ordering flowers based on their preferences
• Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on selecting the best flowers
• Keep up with current trends in the floristry industry
• Organize flower delivery process including packaging and labeling
• Understand the care requirements of different plants and flowers
• Maintain an organized workspace
