Job Summary
We are looking for a Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation of beautiful floral arrangements and other decorative items, as well as ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of their work area. The successful candidate must have a passion for working with plants and flowers, excellent customer service skills, and an eye for detail. This position offers a salary of 1400.

Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Designing and creating floral arrangements using fresh flowers
• Stocking shelves with flower displays
• Cleaning work areas of any debris or scraps from flower arranging
• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
• Operating cash registers accurately when handling payments
• Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed at all times
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed
• Maintaining records of daily transactions

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a florist role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to recognize different type of flowers by name.
• Great attention to detail when designing arrangements.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs without assistance. Ability to stand for long periods of time without assistance. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays as required.
