The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Designing experiments to test products and analyzing their results
- Developing new formulas and processes to improve existing products
- Investigating new technologies to improve production process
- Preparing reports on laboratory results
- Working with suppliers to source raw materials
- Ensuring that safety protocols are followed in the laboratory

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Experience in laboratory testing, analysis, formulation development and research techniques
- Knowledge of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry and chemical engineering principals
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
