Chef Position:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary team and creating a unique dining experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate should have a creative flair and knowledge of regional cuisine, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
The Chef will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen including leading, training, supervising, and inspiring their culinary team. The Chef will manage all aspects of kitchen operations including menu development, staffing levels, food ordering, food preparation, food storage and presentation. The Chef will also manage all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen area.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience as a professional chef or related position
• Demonstrated knowledge of regional cuisine
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A passion for food with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and professionalism
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent is desired but not required
