Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and passionate CNC Operator to join our Al-Kuwait team. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce parts and products according to customer specifications. You will be expected to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
• Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines according to customer specifications.
• Monitor machines during the production process to ensure they are running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery in order to minimize downtime and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting parts produced for accuracy against the customer’s drawings or specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, maintenance activities and other related information.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical degree is preferred.
• Must have experience setting up, operating and maintaining CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively in order to minimize downtime.
• Ability to read blueprints or drawings in order to understand the dimensions of parts being produced accurately.
• Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when working on repetitive tasks over long periods of time.
