Project Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and the project remains within budget.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of project management principles and procedures. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be familiar with leading project management tools.

Responsibilities:
• Establishing project objectives, plans, timelines, budgets, and staffing needs
• Overseeing the entire life cycle of projects
• Creating detailed plans for each stage of the project
• Assigning tasks to appropriate personnel and monitoring their progress
• Ensuring that all projects remain on track with respect to timelines and budget
• Developing strategies for risk mitigation or problem resolution
• Holding internal meetings with stakeholders to update them on the progress of the project
• Keeping stakeholders informed of any changes that may occur throughout the life cycle of a project
• Making sure all projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
• Providing leadership to team members by setting examples, motivating them, and providing guidance when needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Proven experience as a Project Manager or relevant role • Expertise in Project Management software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera is preferred • Solid knowledge of conducting risk assessment analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Flexible working hours (evenings/weekends) when necessary
