Project Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all goals are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successful project implementations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility, creativity and customer service orientation
• Fluent English (writing & speaking) is a must, Arabic is an advantage

Duties:
• Develop detailed project plans and oversee all stages of the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing out projects.
• Identify resources needed to complete projects successfully; assign tasks to internal teams or external contractors as needed.
• Monitor progress against timeline; adjust schedules as needed; ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure all stakeholders (internal/external) are kept informed about progress on a regular basis.
• Manage changes in project scope; identify potential crises; devise contingency plans accordingly.
• Track project performance; provide reports on progress as well as problems & solutions.
• Mentor & support team members; ensure they remain motivated & engaged throughout the duration of the project life cycle.
