Job Description
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating unique and delicious desserts for our guests. This includes designing the menu of desserts and cakes; baking pastries; preparing ingredients; using traditional methods as well as modern techniques; ensuring that all recipes meet the highest standards of quality; ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed; managing inventory; monitoring costs; training staff members on proper baking techniques and equipment use; ordering necessary supplies; developing new recipes to enhance the menu selection; maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area; interacting with customers by providing guidance on product selection and serving suggestions.

Requirements
• At least 3 years experience in baking and pastry arts
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
