We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously. They should be passionate about delivering successful projects that meet customer requirements while managing scope, budget, timeline, resources and risk throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management
• Excellent knowledge of project management processes including planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to prioritize tasks under pressure with attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:
• Leading projects from initiation through completion ensuring customer requirements are met in a timely manner
• Planning, scheduling, tracking progress against milestones/deliverables managing risks/issues throughout the project life cycle ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the entire process developing reports for all levels of stakeholders providing guidance on best practice approaches for successful delivery.
• Developing project plans including scope, timeline and resource plans; monitoring progress against plans; escalating issues when needed; controlling/monitoring costs; making changes/adjustments when needed; keeping stakeholders updated on progress.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or a related field is preferred but not essential Professional certification in Project Management e.g., PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred but not essential Strong problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude towards working with others to deliver successful projects
