Office assistant in Sharjah, UAE
in an administrative role.

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in an administrative support role and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have a proven track record of meeting deadlines, and be comfortable working with computers. This position will require the successful candidate to provide day-to-day support to the office, including such duties as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, filing documents, answering phones, preparing reports, and providing assistance to staff members.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent customer service skills. We are willing to consider a foreign applicant for this position and offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. If you meet all of the above criteria then we want to hear from you!
