Office Assistant Job in Zayed City
We are looking for an office assistant to join our team in Zayed City. The successful candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, and be proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, this individual should have the ability to take initiative and think outside the box while working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support
• Answer incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
• Prepare documents such as correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
• Manage filing systems for records, correspondence and other material
• Manage supplies by checking inventories; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Maintain record keeping/database systems as required
• Assist with special projects as needed
Salary: 1500 AED per month
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Experience providing administrative support or experience in a related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
