Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Ajman and help us with surveying our premises. The Surveyor will be responsible for assessing the size and condition of our properties as well as preparing reports and plans with detailed measurements of the land. The successful candidate should be able to conduct surveys using advanced technology, accurately measure land boundaries, and analyze data to create plans and reports.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Analyze survey data using advanced technology
-Measure land boundaries accurately
-Prepare plans, reports and other documents based on survey data
-Calculate areas, lengths, volumes etc. of surveyed properties
-Provide technical advice regarding surveying services
-Ensure that all survey projects are completed in a timely manner
-Maintain quality control standards in order to ensure accuracy of survey results
-Conduct research for relevant information about the surveyed area

Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field
-At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
-Excellent knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
-Excellent mathematical skills with strong attention to detail
-Strong communication skills; ability to effectively explain complex concepts
-Flexible working hours; ability to work long hours when needed

Salary: 1400 AED/month
