We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for designing and conducting land surveys that measure and map land boundaries, elevations, and other features of the land. You will analyze data collected from surveys to create maps that present the boundaries of land parcels, legal descriptions of land parcels, topographical maps and construction plans.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving skills and be knowledgeable of surveying practices, mathematical principles and related mapping software. You should also have strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other professionals involved in surveying projects.

Responsibilities:
• Planning surveys for various purposes such as mapping or measuring land boundaries, topographical features or determining elevation levels
• Using specialized equipment such as total stations to measure angles between points on the Earth’s surface
• Analyzing data collected from surveys to develop maps or make calculations
• Developing legal descriptions of land parcels based on survey data
• Maintaining detailed records of surveys including field notes or sketches
• Collaborating with a team of professionals such as engineers or architects on surveying projects

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Surveyor
• Knowledgeable in mathematical principles and related mapping software
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
