Sales Manager in Musaffah, UAE


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate must have the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that can result in increased sales and improved customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing a sales plan that includes goals, strategies, and tactics;
• Analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth;
• Training and monitoring the performance of sales staff;
• Creating reports on sales performance, progress, and other relevant metrics;
• Meeting with potential clients to discuss their needs and explain how our products can satisfy them;
• Establishing relationships with key partners and customers;
• Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Additionally, they should be comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The salary is 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position.
