We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join a well-established restaurant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate for this role should have a deep knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen and the hospitality industry, including menu development, staff management, and financial planning.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing all kitchen operations, including overseeing the staff and ensuring they carry out their duties efficiently. The Executive Chef will also be expected to create innovative menus that are both delicious and cost-effective. Additionally, this individual should have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a chef or manager. A certificate in culinary arts is preferable but not mandatory. The Executive Chef should possess good leadership qualities as well as excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential while knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
