We are looking to hire a Barista in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This role requires someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service, with the ability to handle busy shifts and multitask. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is able to work independently, and understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service.

The job responsibilities include preparing drinks, such as espresso-based beverages and other specialty drinks; operating coffee making equipment; serving customers; cleaning and maintaining equipment; restocking supplies; taking orders; processing payments; following health and safety guidelines; ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.

The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. We are open to considering applicants of any experience level and are happy to provide onsite training for those without prior experience in this role.
